Our practice offers two tiers of massage and manual therapy, allowing you to choose the experience, treatment style, and price point that best fits your needs.

Therapy Tiers

Whether you're looking for focused therapeutic work to address muscle tension or a more specialized manual therapy or bodywork session, both therapists are licensed professionals committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality care.

Tier 1

Therapeutic massage

60 Minute - Focused Session: $100

90 Minute - Extended Session: $140

120 Minute - Comprehensive Session: $170

  • Tier 1 sessions are provided by Heather, a licensed massage therapist offering focused therapeutic massage at an accessible price point.

These sessions are ideal for clients seeking muscle tension relief, relaxation, and supportive bodywork before or after chiropractic care. Techniques may include therapeutic deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and targeted work for areas of discomfort or tension.

Tier 1 sessions are available in a variety of session lengths and do not require a 2-hour initial intake and evaluation, making them a flexible option for regular care or shorter appointments.

Gratuity is not included in Tier 1 pricing and may be offered at your discretion.

Tier 2

Specialized
Manual Therapy

  • Tier 2 sessions are provided by Alissa, who brings extensive experience and advanced training in specialized manual therapy and bodywork modalities.

These sessions focus on deeper therapeutic work, complex conditions, finding and treating the root cause of tension/pain, and supporting your body’s natural capacity for healing.

New clients scheduling Tier 2 services should book a 2-hour initial visit, allowing adequate time for consultation, assessment, postural evaluation and a treatment session tailored to your body’s needs.

Gratuity is included in Tier 2 pricing, creating a transparent, all-inclusive rate, and ensuring the entire amount qualifies for HSA/FSA for those with a letter of medical necessity from their chiropractor or physician.
